Ghost Stories Tickets

It may still be August, but spooky season is well and truly here. Pumpkin Spice Lattes have landed at Starbucks, ghost-shaped cushions are taking over the aisles at TK Maxx… and now Ghost Stories has revealed its brand-new West End cast. 

Jeremy Dyson and Andy Nyman’s cult-hit chiller is officially returning to London for a strictly limited run at the Peacock Theatre from 30 September to 8 November 2025, with a special gala performance on 8 October.

First seen in the West End back in 2010 (where it was nominated for an Olivier Award for Best New Play), the show has since been adapted into a film and enjoyed a successful UK tour. Now it’s back in the capital and ready to send a fresh wave of shivers down the spine of theatre fans brave enough to step inside the theatre. 

All Hallows Eve is less than a day away. Maybe you don't feel like dressing up as a kooky witch but would be totally down for seeing Nikki Bentley do just that as she wiggles her ruby slippers in Wicked. Or perhaps you're looking for a proper pant-wetter that will take you by surprise when you least expect it. Rest assured, the West End has got a diverse set of shows to tickle your Halloween fancy. Casting has just been announced for the highly-anticipated West End transfer of Andy Nyman and Jeremy Dyson's spooky London theatre show, Ghost Stories. The pant-wetting production opens at the Ambassadors Theatre on 3 October 2019 just in time for Halloween this year.

It's still only August but the 'season of the witch' is slowly creeping up on us with the revival of the scary theatrical spookfest, Ghost Stories. Set to open in less than two months, the pants-wetting play is certainly not the only petrifying West End show on the block, as fans of The Woman in Black can attest. Here are our picks for the top five scariest London and Off-West End theatre moments! 

Horror theatre fans are in for a trick or treat this Halloween! It has been officially announced today that Ghost Stories is set to apparate back into the West End this October for a freak-a-licious new production that will scare the bejesus out of you! The play opens at the Ambassadors Theatre in London on 17 October 2019.

The creators of Ghost Stories have made the show even scarier following its 2010/11 West End run. Whilst horror films are hugely popular we don’t see so much horror on stage at it is very challenging. However, Jeremy Dyson and Andy Nyman certainly do the genre justice and horror fans can certainly expect to have their experience enhanced by this terrifying theatrical experience.

This week sees the West End return of Ghost Stories which begins previews at the Arts Theatre this Thursday (13th February). The production, which stars Dino Fetscher, Paul Kemp, Paul Kendrick, Chris Levens, Gary Shelford, Mark Starr and Philip Whitchurch, marks Ghost Stories’ first major West End revival since its West End premiere in 2010.

It has been announced that Ghost Stories will end it's current run at the Duke of York's Theatre on 19th June.

Ghost Stories co-writers Andy Nyman and Jeremy Dyson are planning to build on the success of their first collaboration with a second play, described by Nyman as a thriller.
